1. The service

Borderlessify is a Windows utility that makes windows borderless and manages window layouts. The software is provided free to use for its core features. A paid plan, "Supporter", unlocks additional features as described on our pricing page.

2. Using the software

You may download, install, and use Borderlessify for personal use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software, except as permitted by law. Borderlessify is provided as-is, and you use it at your own discretion.

3. Supporter subscriptions

Supporter is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. The price is shown in AUD and may be converted to your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep Supporter features until the end of the paid period.

If you are not satisfied, email borderlessify@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your subscription.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. To protect against abuse we limit each account to a small number of active devices and one active session per IP. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Borderlessify to interfere with other software, to bypass security, or in any way that violates applicable law. The software is intended for legitimate window management only.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borderlessify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under local consumer law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the software after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
